Foley is a city in the state of Minnesota in the United States . At the 2000 census, Foley had 2,154 inhabitants. Benton is the county seat of Benton County .

At the time of the United States Census 2000, Benton lived in 2154 people. The population density was 442.4 people per km ². There were 793 housing units at an average of 162.9 per km ².
