St. Cloud [ ˌseɪntklaʊd ] is a city (with the status " City ") and the administrative seat of Stearns County in the center of the US -amerikanischen state of Minnesota . The city also extends into Benton and Sherburne Counties . In 2010 , St. Cloud had 65,842 residents.
St. Cloud, whose metropolitan area has approximately 196,000 inhabitants, is the seat of the St. Cloud State University (SCSU) and the St. Cloud Technical College .
