Four Rode Out is a Western in US-american - Spanish co-production in 1968, which until 1970 was released. The film has not yet been shown in the German-speaking area.

action

Marshall Ross chases the warrant sought Mexicans Fernando Nunez. He teams up with the slick bounty hunter Brown, who is also after Nunez. Both of them are joined by Nunez's friend Myra Polson. Nunez is caught after being persecuted in the desert. After being captured, the four must deal with the problems of nature and its human desires on the way back.

criticism

Phil Hardy describes the direction as "clumsy, if not to say brutal," the actors only offer stunted performances; Videohound's Golden Movie Retriever also considers him to be second class and brutal. Leonard Maltin uses the same formulation.

Remarks

The exterior shots of the film were shot in Almería . The singer of the film song "The last time", Janis Ian , can also be seen at the beginning of the film. The Spanish title is Cuatro cabalgaron .
