Francesco Dell'Uomo (born January 8, 1987 in Colleferro ) is an Italian diver . He belongs to the Gruppi Sportivi Fiamme Gialle , a sports promotion group of the Guardia di Finanza , and starts in 10 m tower and synchronized jumping.

Dell'Uomo achieved his first successes in the junior sector. Between 2002 and 2005 he was able to win three silver and two bronze medals at junior European championships and in 2002 also another silver medal at junior world championships. He first took part in the 2006 European Championships in Budapest for adults and won the bronze medal together with Michele Benedetti in the 10m synchronized jumping. In 2007 he started in Melbourne for the first time at the World Cup, where he reached the final of the 10-meter tower and was twelfth. At the European Championships in Eindhoven in 2008 he was able to win another bronze medal, this time in the individual competition from the tower. Dell'Uomo took part in the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 , but was eliminated from the tower in the preliminary fight. The following year he competed for the first time with Andrea Chiarabini at the World Championships in Rome and achieved his best World Cup placement to date in the 10 m synchronized jumping competition . The 2011 World Cup in Shanghai , however, was less successful. From the tower, Dell'Uomo could not survive the preliminary fights either individually or with Maicol Verzotto in the synchronized competition.
