Franciscus Kopong Kung
Franciscus Kopong Kung (born August 3, 1950 in Lamika ) is Bishop of Larantuka .
Life
Franciscus Kopong Kung was ordained a priest on June 29, 1982 . Pope John Paul II appointed him coadjutor bishop of Larantuka on October 2, 2001 .
The episcopal ordination donated him the Bishop of Larantuka, Darius Nggawa SVD , on January 10 of the next year; Co- consecrators were Longinus Da Cunha , Archbishop of Ende , and Leo Laba Ladjar OFM , Bishop of Jayapura .
After Darius Nggawa's retirement , he succeeded him on June 16, 2004 in the office of Bishop of Larantuka.
