Franco Dario Cángele (born July 16, 1984 in Franco Madero, Buenos Aires , Argentina ) is an Argentine football player .
Career
society
Cángele made his debut with the Boca Juniors in 2002, playing a total of 57 games and scoring ten goals. He won three trophies: the Argentine championship (2003), the Copa Libertadores (2003) and the Copa Sudamericana (2004).
After Boca Juniors he played for Indenpendiente, Colon and Sakaryaspor . He has a three-year contract with his current club Kayserispor.
On September 11, 2010, Cangele suffered a knee injury in the home game against Fenerbahçe Istanbul (2-0 win for Kayserispor ), because of which he was absent for the next six months.
After the former Croatian soccer star Robert Prosinečki had taken over the training office at Kayserispor , Cángele rarely got game assignments. After mutual agreement with the club's management, he dissolved his contract during the winter break of 2012/13 and left Kayserispor after five and a half years.
Cángele moved back to Argentina and signed with the Boca Juniors . After only half a season he returned to Turkey and plays on loan for Sanica Boru Elazığspor .
National team
With the Argentine U-20 national team, Cángele was fourth in the 2003 Junior World Cup .
