Thomas Francis Constantine Brophy (born August 9, 1900 in Québec City , Québec , † June 29, 1930 in Montréal , Québec) was a Canadian ice hockey goalkeeper who played for the Quebec Bulldogs in National Hockey during his playing career in the 1919/20 season League has played.

Career

Brophy played in the Québec City Hockey League and Montréal City Hockey League for various teams until 1919 . For the 1919/20 season he was signed by the Quebec Bulldogs from the National Hockey League . For the barely competitive team, he played 21 of the 24 season games. When the team moved to Hamilton in the 1920/21 season to continue playing as Hamilton Tigers in the NHL game operations, Brophy returned to the Québec City Hockey League . The 1919/20 season remained the goalkeeper's only professional season, who died at the age of 29 in June 1930.
