Frank Surall

Frank Surall (* 1966 ) is a German Protestant theologian .

Life

He studied Protestant theology and German studies (accompanying studies in education and philosophy ) in Wuppertal , Tübingen and Kiel . After the first state examination for teaching at grammar schools, he was a trainee teacher at the Lütjenburg grammar school from 1996 to 1998 . After the second state examination in 1998, he received a doctoral scholarship from the State of Schleswig-Holstein. From 1998 to 2000 he was a research assistant at the Institute for Systematic Theology and Social Ethics of the Theological Faculty of the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel with Hartmut Kress . From 2000 to 2011 he was a research assistant at the Department of Social Ethics and Systematic Theology at the Hartmut Kreß Chair at the University of Bonn , where he has been a private lecturer since 2008 and an adjunct professor since 2014 . In the summer semester 2009 and winter semester 2009/2010 he represented the W3 professorship for systematic theology / ethics at the theological faculty of the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg . In the 2016/2017 winter semester he was teaching at the Institute for Protestant Theology at the University of Koblenz-Landau , Koblenz campus . From 2011 to 2016 he was teacher at the comprehensive school Horhausen . He has been working at the Wilhelm-Remy-Gymnasium Bendorf since 2016 .
