Franz Christoph Büscher

Franz Buescher (* 22. September 1848 in Westönnen ; † 13. February 1928 in Essen-Rüttenscheid ; Complete name: Franz Christoph Buescher . Gen Schlep ) was a German lawyer and judge in the Prussian civil service.

Life

Büscher was the son of a farmer and attended the Theodorianum grammar school in Paderborn . He then studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn and received his doctorate there in 1870 to Dr. jur. From February 1, 1877 he was a district judge at the district court in Essen , in the course of the judicial reforms of the Courts Constitution Act , the official title was from 1879 district judge . In 1880 Büscher was one of the founders of the historical association for the city and monastery of Essen . From May 1, 1883, he worked as a district judge at the Duisburg district court . On July 1, 1894, he became district court director at the Münster district court , and in 1899 president of the Essen district court . 1920 - three years before the introduction of the statutory age limit - it was after 50 years of service at the age of 72 years in the retirement staggered.

Honors
