Franz Hartmann (politician)

Franz Hartmann (born January 12, 1832 in Obersteine ; † after 1908) was the landowner and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Hartmann attended elementary school and was a farmer, Chief Administrator, Registrar and 1,869 to 1,891 community leaders, and since the introduction of district regulations member of the County Council. From 1883 to 1908 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives and from 1893 to 1907 of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Breslau 12 Glatz , Habelschwerdt and the German Center Party .
