Franz Krahmer

Franz Krahmer (born March 12, 1851 in Belgen , † 1930 in Berlin ) was a Prussian administrative officer.

Life

Franz Krahmer studied at the Universities of Leipzig , Göttingen and Greifswald law . After he had been active for a semester with the Corps Misnia Leipzig , he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Göttingen in 1872 and a member of the Corps Pomerania Greifswald in 1873 . After his legal clerkship with the government in Potsdam, he was accepted into the Prussian civil service as an assessor. He worked 1883-1896 as a district administrator in the Thorn district of the province of West Prussia . In 1895 he was transferred to Poznan as a senior councilor and deputy to the regional president. From 1899 until his retirement in 1917, he was President of the District of Poznan . He was succeeded by Paul Kirschstein .
