Franz Michelberger (born August 28, 1955 in Bad Saulgau ) is a former German soccer player who played for FC Bayern Munich and Kickers Offenbach in the Bundesliga .

Michelberger began playing football at FV Fulgenstadt 1948 eV in the municipality of the same name (and since 1975 district) of his birthplace Bad Saulgau in the Sigmaringen district before he received a contract with Bayern Munich in 1974 . On February 22, 1975 (21st matchday) he came in the 0-1 defeat in the away game against 1. FC Cologne with a substitute for Franz Roth in the 80th minute to his Bundesliga debut . Michelberger played 13 games for the DFB youth team and scored two goals.
