Franz Seidl (politician)
Franz Seidl (born September 30, 1911 in Salzburg , † June 2, 1992 in Munich ) was a Bavarian notary and politician of the CSU .
Seidl studied law in Munich . From 1937 he was a notary assessor, 1940–1945 he took part in the Second World War as a lieutenant . After passing the major state examination, Seidl became a notary in 1948, initially in Dorfen , and from 1960 in Munich. From 1953 to 1960 he was CSU district chairman of the Erding district.
He was a member of the German Bundestag from 1953 to 1965. He was also a temporary member of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe .
Seidl represented constituency 204 Munich-Land in parliament.
He was awarded the Bavarian Order of Merit on June 23, 1962 .
