The beautiful doctor Fatima starts her new job in a small town, which turns the heads of the local, male population. Meanwhile, the two hostile political opponents Ramolo Rosio and Mr Lamprati are making life difficult for each other, as the election of the mayor is imminent. Her offspring Marcel Rosio and Susi Lamprati, on the other hand, have secretly fallen in love with each other and are planning to get married.

One day the cunning Lamprati comes up with a clever idea. In the erroneous assumption that Marcel (who became friends with Fatima and who was mistaken for Fatima's fiancé Daniel by a spanner ) had a relationship with the new doctor, the cunning plans to catch the two in red-handed, thus also the reputation of Marcels To incriminate father Ramolo. Marcel gets wind of the matter and is caught with Susi, which forces the two fathers to agree to the marriage because they want to avoid a scandal. Last but not least, Marcel gets a secret experience from and with the doctor.
