Fred Estby

Fred Estby (born March 14, 1972 ) is a Swedish musician and music producer , who was mainly known for his involvement with the Swedish death metal band Dismember . In this he played drums from 1988 until his family-related exit in 2007. He was also a member of the death metal band Carnage with Michael Amott and Johan Liiva . In 2010 he released his first solo album, the self-titled Necronaut , with guest contributions from other musicians, including Chris Reifert and Nicke Andersson . In addition to his work as a musician, Estby also appears as a producer of music albums . He worked on albums by bands of which he was a member (Dismember, Carnage) as well as on albums by other metal bands such as Grand Magus and In Solitude .
