The US Highway 10 forms the southeastern boundary of the Town of Fremont. The county highways Y and V cross in the north-eastern center of the town. All other roads are subordinate country roads or partly unpaved roads.
With the Marshfield Municipal Airport there is a small airfield around 20 km east. The nearest commercial airports are Central Wisconsin Airport (around 70 km east) and Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire (around 115 km west).
