Friedrich Brütt

Claus Henning Friedrich Brütt (born October 29, 1844 in Marne ; † July 10, 1921 in Rendsburg ) was a German administrative lawyer and politician. For more than 38 years he was district administrator of the Rendsburg district in the province of Schleswig-Holstein.

Life

Brütt first studied medicine and then law at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Berlin , the University of Leipzig and the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel . He became active in the Corps Guestphalia Leipzig (1865) and in the Corps Holsatia (1866). After the exams he was a judge in Altona and Reinbek . He later moved to the Altona police administration. In 1875 he was appointed senator there. In 1880 he became district administrator of the district of Kosten in the province of Poznan . On October 1, 1881, he moved to theDistrict of Rendsburg , Province of Schleswig-Holstein . He worked there continuously until July 23, 1919.

Brütt sat in the county council Schleswig-Holstein and represented from 1894 to 1918 as deputy for the constituency of Schleswig-Holstein 13 (Rendsburg) in the Prussian House of Representatives . There he joined the faction of the free conservatives .
