Friedrich Carl von Ahlefeldt
Friedrich Carl Christian Ulrich Graf von Ahlefeldt (born November 12, 1742 at Augustenborg Castle , † June 25, 1825 in Itzehoe ) was a German officer in the Danish service, most recently a lieutenant general .
Life
Friedrich Carl Graf von Ahlefeldt was the youngest son of the noble landlord Conrad Wilhelm Graf von Ahlefeldt (1707–1791), Knight of the Elephant Order , and his wife Wilhelmine Hedwig born. von Gram (* 1711).
Von Ahlefeldt entered the Danish military service and rose from lieutenant to lieutenant general. He was inspector of the royal cavalry and chief of the Dragoons' body regiment . He was also chamberlain .
He was married to Detlefine geb. von Rantzau (1767-1851). The couple's eldest daughter, Caroline Sophie Emerentia (1787–1870), married Rudolf Anton Ludwig von Qualen .
