Friedrich Düsterdieck

Friedrich Hermann Christian Düsterdieck (born July 14, 1822 in Hanover ; † April 23, 1906 there ) was a German Protestant theologian and long-standing member of the church leadership in Hanover.

Life

Düsterdieck attended high school in Holzminden and studied theology in Göttingen from 1840 . There he was under the influence of Friedrich Luecke . In 1846 he became a repetitee at the Theological Monastery in Göttingen , in 1848 the study conductor at the Predigerseminar in Hanover , 1854 pastor in Schwicheldt near Peine , 1858 study director in the Loccum monastery , 1865 consistorial councilor and in 1872 senior consistorial councilor in the Hanover regional church , in 1868 also extraordinary and 1879 full member of the regional consistory . From 1885 he also administered the office of general superintendent of Osnabrück-Hoya-Diepholz . In 1900 he retired.
