Friedrich Dreyer (watchmaker)

Friedrich Dreyer (* 7. November 1822 in Rehna , † 20th November 1902 in Schwerin ) was a German court - watchmakers .

Life

Friedrich Dreyer received a patent on October 15, 1858 , which gave him the "character as a court watchmaker" in Rehna , but no right to the work to be carried out at court .

At the International Agricultural Exhibition in Cologne in 1865 he exhibited a tower clock machine which prevents the weights from falling .

In 1871 Dreyer changed his place of residence and moved to Schwerin. There he was referred to as "very old" in a source from 1884.
