Friedrich Heck

Friedrich Ernst Heck (born October 1, 1865 in Obermutschelbach ; † January 21, 1939 in Alsfeld ) was head of the school and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Heck attended elementary school in Obermutschelbach and also received private lessons. Later he went to the preparatory school in Gengenbach and from there to the seminar II in Karlsruhe , where he passed the high school diploma in 1885. After teaching for three years, he was given leave of absence to study agriculture, which he completed from 1888 to 1891 at the Hohenheim Agricultural University . After completing his studies, he worked in the practice, then in Holstein , Alsace-Lorraine and Hesse as an agriculture teacher. From 1908 he was director of the Grand Ducal Agricultural Winter School in Alsfeld in Upper Hesse.

From 1912 to 1918 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of the Grand Duchy of Hesse 3 ( Lauterbach , Alsfeld , Schotten ) and the National Liberal Party .
