Friedrich Scheiner
Friedrich Scheiner (born December 3, 1923 in Suchental , Czechoslovakia , † August 16, 1985 in Melk ) was director of the Hollabrunn Federal High School for many years .
Life
The son of a graphic artist and painter put his matriculation examination in 1942 at Freiherr von Fletcher-secondary school in Dresden and studied to 1949 English and German on teaching . In 1950 he received his doctorate with a thesis on the dramatic structure of Richard Wagner's Lohengrin . From 1950 to 1977 he was a teacher at the Stiftsgymnasium Melk and the Bundesgymnasium St. Pölten , before he became director of the Bundesgymnasium and Bundesrealgymnasium Hollabrunn in 1977. He retired in 1984 and died of cancer in 1985 .
He was married and had three children.
Awards

- 1975: Awarded the title of senior teacher
- 1983: Awarded the title of Hofrat
- 1985: Great decoration of honor for services to the federal state of Lower Austria
- 1985: Gold Medal for Services to the Republic of Austria
- 1985: Order of the Holy New Year
