Friedrich von Strahlberg
Friedrich von Strahlberg († March 5, 1333 ) was a clergyman from the noble family von Strahlberg , based on the Strahlenburg near Schriesheim .
Origin and work
He was born the son of Conrad II von Strahlberg and his wife Agnes. The father's brother was the Bishop of Worms Eberhard von Strahlberg († 1293).
Friedrich von Strahlberg embarked on a spiritual career and appeared from 1309 as Canon of Speyer , and from 1320 in Strasbourg .
On the south-eastern nave portal of the Speyer Cathedral , a contemporary memorial inscription has been preserved in the door jambs, which records his death for March 5, 1333.
