Friedrich von Wrede (born July 26, 1787 in Melschede , † January 21, 1869 in Werl ) was a manor owner and Prussian district administrator.

Life

As the son of Mr and Mrs Ferdinand Josef von Wrede (episcopal. Paderborn. Hofmarschall ) and Maria Anna von Harf to Dreyborn came from Friedrich von Wrede the Westphalian nobility of Wrede . In February 1801, he received from his uncle Engelbert Anton von Wrede a vacant in the cycle Dompräbende in Munster . He was sworn up on March 3, 1801 . He studied law and camera science at the Universities of Münster and Giessen . After his first employment on February 19, 1817, he was sworn in on April 7, 1817 as District Administrator of the Iserlohn district . After a few months in office he resigned, probably because of the refusal of the Arnsberg district government to allow him to set up his office on his Melschede estate. He was a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Westphalia from 1826 to 1831 , but did not take part in the deliberations in 1830/31.

On October 9, 1810, he married Philippine von Fürstenberg in Hüsten . The marriage resulted in two sons and a daughter. Son Carl was a district administrator in the Warendorf district . With the marriage he had to give up his cathedral priest.
