Fritz Adam (born October 11, 1889 in Küstrin , † April 16, 1945 in Querfurt ) was SA Oberführer and a German politician of the NSDAP .

Life

Adam attended middle school and then the Prussian building trade school. He became a civil engineer and worked for the State Prussian Building Administration, where he was responsible for iron structures and greenery. He later owned a factory that was responsible for growing greenery in Küstrin-Neustadt, after which he was the owner of a company in Königsberg .

Adam was a member of the NSDAP and the SA . In 1933 he was elected to the Prussian state parliament. From November 12, 1933 to November 19, 1937 he was a member of the Reichstag .

As a member of the SA, Adam was promoted to SA Brigade Leader on January 15, 1934 . Among other things, he was entrusted with the management of various SA groups, so in 1934 he was the leader of the SA group Ostmark and then until February 1937 staff leader of the SA group Ostland ( Königsberg ). In September 1937 he was commissioned to manage the office of the district administrator in the Neidenburg district until he was transferred to Querfurt as district administrator in June 1940 , where he succeeded Axel Crewell who had been moved to Neidenburg . In April 1945 he committed suicide in Querfurt.
