Fritz H. Dinkelmann

Fritz H. Dinkelmann (born February 14, 1950 in Zurich ) is a Swiss journalist , writer and theater director.

Life

After completing his school education in Solothurn , Fritz Dinkelmann did an internship as a bookseller . From 1970 to 1973 he trained at the Zurich Acting Academy . He then worked as an actor and director and co-founded the Protheater in Solothurn and the Solothurn Literature Days . Between 1977 and 1984 he was assistant teacher for theater at the canton school in Olten and an editor at Solothurn AZ and at Swiss Radio DRS (SR DRS). After working as a freelance writer and court reporter , from 1987 to 1991 he was federal court correspondent for the Swiss Dispatch Agency (SDA) in Lausanne . From 1992 to 1997 he was a national editor, then until 2003 Germany correspondent and until 2006 Federal Court correspondent of SR DRS. Today he works as a Germany correspondent for several Swiss newspapers and for SR DRS.

Dinkelmann is the author of reports , novels , plays , poems and radio plays . In 1985 and 1987 he took part in the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition in Klagenfurt . His novel The Sacrifice was preprinted by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung .
