Fritz Ledermann

Fritz Ledermann (born December 16, 1918 in Salzburg ; † April 5, 1993 ibid) was an Austrian politician ( FPÖ ) and businessman. From 1969 to 1979 he was a member of the Salzburg state parliament .

education and profession

Ledermann attended elementary school between 1924 and 1928 and then switched to a secondary school in Salzburg, which he completed by 1932. He then continued his training from 1932 to 1936 at the Federal Trade School in Salzburg in the field of electrical engineering and completed his school education in 1936 with the Matura . In 1941 he also passed the master craftsman's examination in mechanical engineering. Ledermann served from 1941 to 1945 in World War II and after his return from the war in 1945 he became the managing director of Julius Ledermann's Witwe . Ledermanna worked in this position until 1957, from 1955 he was also the holder of the trade license for the machine trade and from 1958 for the locksmith trade.

Politics and functions

Ledermann joined the Freedom Party in 1956 and was subsequently also active in the Ring of Freedom Economists , of which he was regional chairman from 1968 to 1977. In 1978 he was also appointed honorary chairman of the Ring of Freedom Economists in Salzburg. Ledermann held his first political mandate between 1964 and 1969 as a member of the Salzburg City Council, after which he represented the FPÖ from May 14, 1969 to May 15, 1979 in the Salzburg State Parliament. He was active within the party from 1969 to 1985 as a member of the state party leadership of the FPÖ Salzburg and also acted as a member of the state party executive from 1969 to 1973. From 1960 he was also a member of the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the master craftsman's examination committee, from 1970 deputy chairman of the machinery trade and from 1965 a member of the supervisory board of GSWB.
