Fritz Rehn (born August 3, 1874 , † September 18, 1934 ) was the first President of the People's Court .

In 1901 he was appointed court assessor. In 1905 he became a regional judge in Bochum . In 1913, he was transferred to the Koblenz Regional Court in the same capacity . In 1920 he became regional court director and in this capacity was transferred to the former regional court I in Berlin . In 1933 he became chairman of the newly appointed special court in the Berlin Regional Court district . At the beginning of July 1934 he was appointed Senate President at the Court of Appeal. With the opening of the People's Court on July 1, 1934, he was appointed President of this court and at the same time took over the chairmanship of the First Senate of this court. A few weeks after his appointment, he died of gallbladder disease.
