Frode Håre (born December 10, 1972 ) is a former Norwegian ski jumper .

Håre, who started for the Nedre Sigdal IL club , began his career in 1992 in the newly created Ski Jumping Continental Cup . After good success in his first season in this series, he made his debut in the ski jumping world cup on March 6, 1993 . At the same time, however, he continued to jump in the Continental Cup. On January 21, 1995 he was able to win World Cup points for the first time in Sapporo with 12th place. The following day he was able to achieve the best World Cup result of his career in the second competition on the same hill with 10th place. He finished the 1994/95 World Cup season in 48th place in the overall World Cup ranking.

At the Norwegian Championships in Meldal in 1996 , he won the gold medal in team jumping with Sturle Holseter , Eirik Halvorsen and Clas Brede Bråthen . In the following four years Håre could not prevail in the World Cup and therefore jumped on January 23, 2000, his last World Cup competition in Sapporo, Japan . He then started exclusively in the Continental Cup and ended his active ski jumping career there in 2002.

After the end of his active ski jumping career, he is active as a ski jumping trainer and trained not only the Norwegian Anders Jacobsen but also the Norwegian women's national team.
