Fruit cluster

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Infructescence is a term from botany . All fruit formations (fructifications) of plants that arise from the flowers of an inflorescence are summarized here. These are mostly fruit clusters made up of individual fruits that have emerged from the individual flowers . More rarely, fruit associations are formed , in which the fruits that have grown together form a dummy fruit and can only be spread together as a unit.
