The Frumming Beck is a watercourse in North Yorkshire and County Durham . It arises as Mirk Fell Gill and initially flows northwards. At Sleighholme Moor it reaches the Pennine Way , which runs on its north side and then flows in an easterly direction to its confluence with the Sleightholme Beck .
