Donaumünster (until February 11, 1924 Münster ) is a parish village and part of the municipality of Tapfheim in the district of Donau-Ries in the administrative district of Swabia in Bavaria .
The desert Furtmühle also belongs to the district .
Donaumünster with its district was an independent municipality in the district of Donauwörth and was added to the district of Donau-Ries and incorporated into the municipality of Tapfheim on July 1, 1972 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
