history
The settlement probably already existed in 10/11. Century, but the names of the landlords have only been known since the 13th century. In 1508 the place belonged to Jan Jarocki von Jaroszyn from the Rawicz family , from 1731 to August Aleksander Czartoryski . The Czartoryski built a mansion in 1811, which lasted until 1939. Until the end of the 19th century, the family also ran an inn and a brewery in the village. The property of the Czartoryski was confiscated as a result of the November Uprising. The last noble landlords in Góra Puławska were members of the Reinthal family until the Second World War.
The place was badly destroyed in the Second World War. The reconstruction lasted until 1956. 2010 Góra Puławska had 2123 inhabitants.
