Gökhan Gümüşsu (born February 17, 1989 in Stuttgart - Hedelfingen ) is a Turkish- German football player .
Career
In his youth, Gümüşsu played for SKG Max-Eyth-See Stuttgart , VfB Stuttgart and TSV Steinhaldenfeld . In summer 2003 he switched to the juniors of the Stuttgarter Kickers . In the 2007/08 season he was promoted to the A-Juniors, played 20 games in the U-19 Bundesliga and scored five goals. In the summer of 2008 he was pulled up into the second team, for which he was used 31 times in the league until 2010 and scored ten goals. He made his first appearance for the first team of the Kickers on September 13, 2008, when he was substituted on in the third division home game against Aue . On May 16, 2009 he came to another brief assignment for the first team, whose relegation to the regional league was already certain at that time. In the following season 2009/10 he was used 19 times, where he only played three times over the full length, but could not score.
In the summer of 2010, Gümüşsu left the capital of Baden-Württemberg and went to the Bavarian capital of Munich . There he joined the second team of TSV 1860 Munich , which also plays in the Regionalliga Süd. In two years he came there to 57 missions, in which he scored 14 goals. After the end of the 2011/12 season he left TSV 1860 again and went to Turkey for the second division club 1461 Trabzon .
For the second half of the 2012/13 season he was loaned to the Turkish fourth division club Altınordu Izmir . With this club he celebrated the championship of the TFF 3rd Lig two game days before the end of the season and thus the direct promotion to the TFF 2nd Lig . In the 2013/14 season , Gümüşsu was used another 13 times. In January 2014 he left Altınordu and moved to the fourth division club Darıca Gençlerbirliği in the TFF 3rd Lig for the second half of the season . In the summer of the same year, Gümüşsu returned to Germany, his home in Baden-Württemberg, and joined the national division club 1. FC Heiningen. In the winter break of 2014/15 he went to the regional division Rot-Weiß Oberhausen .
