Gōshi Itō ( Japanese 伊藤 豪 志 , Itō Gōshi ; born July 9, 1992 in Tomakomai , Hokkaidō ) is a Japanese ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Nikkō IceBucks from the Asia League Ice Hockey since 2015 .

Career

Gōshi Itō began ice hockey with Tomakomai Mairin in his native city. In 2008 he moved to Komazawa Tomakomai, where he played in the Japan Ice Hockey League as a 16-year-old . After playing for the Chūō University team from 2011 to 2015 , he moved to the Nikkō IceBucks in the Asia League Ice Hockey .

International

For Japan, Itō took part in the U18 World Championships in 2008 , 2009 and 2010 in Division I in the junior division.

For the Japanese men's team he played for the first time at the 2018 World Cup in Division I.
