The GR 132 is a long-distance hiking trail on La Gomera . It is part of the GR long-distance hiking network . The route starts in the island's capital San Sebastián de La Gomera and runs over a large part of the island with a length of around 120 to 140 kilometers, depending on the route.

The path consists partly of old connecting paths between the villages. The paths are marked in red and white.

Route and stage division

As a rule, the route with its length of up to 140 km is covered in nine days. An advertising brochure speaks of a total duration of 49 hours.
