Gabriel Chang Bong-hun

Gabriel Chang Bong-hun ( Kor. 장봉훈 , born January 4, 1947 in Eumseong , South Korea ) is Bishop of Cheongju .

Life

Gabriel Chang Bong-hun received on 3 May 1976, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On June 3, 1999, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Cheongju. The Archbishop of Seoul , Nicholas Cheong Jin-suk , ordained him episcopal on August 24 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Gwangju , Andreas Choi Chang-mou , and the Bishop of Masan , Michael Pak Jeong-il .
