Gaby Wessely

Gaby Wessely (* in Vienna ) is an Austrian songwriter who writes mainly for interpreters of pop and folk music .

biography

Gaby Wessely worked as a commercial artist in international advertising agencies (e.g. GGK Vienna) for 15 years.

Since 2004 Gaby Wessely has made a name for herself as an author of music texts. Together with her husband Peter , she works for numerous well-known performers from the hit, pop and folk music scene. To date, Gaby Wessely has written over 2000 texts, including for DJ Ötzi , the Kastelruther Spatzen , the Nockalm Quintet , the Klostertaler and Stefan Mross . In the pop area, among other things, the text of the Christina Stürmer song Loves you like me comes from the pen of Peter and Gaby Wessely.
