Gafring is a place and a cadastral municipality of the municipality Euratsfeld in the district of Amstetten in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were 116 building areas in Gafring with a total of 50358 m² and 74 gardens with 239393 m², in 1989/1990 there were only 112 areas designated as building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 144, with 101 buildings on it and in 2009/2010 there were 105 buildings on 158 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 740 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 163 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 749 hectares and 166 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 736 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 161 hectares. The average soil climate of Gafring is 35.6 (as of 2010).
