The Galleria d'arte moderna Achille Forti is a museum for modern art in Verona , in which mainly works by contemporary Italian artists are exhibited. The museum was until his relocation and the re-opening in 2014 based on the former site of the Palazzo Forti Galleria d'arte moderna Palazzo Forti .

In 1937, the celebrated botanist Achille Forti and the last of the Forti line left the Palazzo Forti building complex in the city of Verona so that it could be used as a museum of modern art. But it wasn't until 1982 that the city council decided to establish a permanent museum for modern art, which was inaugurated on March 14th of the same year as the Galleria d'Arte Moderna Palazzo Forti .
