The Gasthaus Hirschen in Pleinfeld , a municipality in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen , was opened in the 17th and 18th centuries. Built in the 18th century and renovated in 1842. The inn at Brückenstraße 12 is on the list of protected architectural monuments in Bavaria.

The two-storey saddle roof building in a corner position forms an assembly with the building at Ellinger Strasse 2 around a courtyard at the rear.

The inn building has profiled and ornamented door frames.
