The house at Marktplatz 28 is a half-timbered house in Gunzenhausen in the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Central Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-136-75 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The structure is a mighty, two-storey saddle roof with a half-timbered gable. The house at Marktplatz 28 was built around 1500 as an inn . A butcher's shop , a branch of the Kaiser's Tengelmann supermarket chain and a Ihr Platz branch and, from April 22, 2013, a branch of the NKD textile chain were located in the building.
