The house at Gautinger Straße 26 in the Upper Bavarian municipality of Neuried in the Munich district is a former farm . The building is registered as a monument in the Bavarian List of Monuments .

history

In 1580 a “beer house” was first mentioned in a document at this point, which burned down in 1632. A successor building was erected in its place around 1643. An inscription on the roof attests to a reconstruction of the economic part in 1696. In the building there was a tavern that was closed in 1882. The house name "Wirtsbauer" is derived from her. The current exterior is determined by renovations in the first half of the 19th century.

The building, erected as a first courtyard , has a floor area of ​​around 27 × 13 meters and is oriented roughly in a west-east direction . The two-story building has a gable roof. The former business section is used commercially.
