Genetics Society of America Medal
The Genetics Society of America Medal is a scientific award given since 1981 by the Genetics Society of America (GSA) for outstanding scientific contributions in the field of genetics over the past 15 years .
Seven of the 36 award winners later received a Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine (as of the end of 2017).
