Genrich Ivanovich Sidorenkow ( Russian Генрих Иванович Сидоренков ; born August 11, 1931 in Bedstvenka , Russian SFSR , † January 5, 1990 in Moscow ) was a Soviet - Russian ice hockey player and coach.

Career

During his career, the defender played for HK CSKA Moscow , SKA Leningrad and Krylya Sovetov Moscow . In total, he scored 42 goals in 310 games in the Soviet league .

International

In 1954 he was appointed to the Soviet national ice hockey team. On January 31, 1954, he was in a game against Sweden for the first time for the Sbornaja on the ice. His international career was crowned with a gold medal at the 1956 Winter Olympics . For the national team, he scored 15 goals in 107 international matches. On March 8, 1962, he played his last international match. In 1956 he was named the Honored Master of Sports of the USSR .

As a trainer

After the end of his playing career, Sidorenkow worked as the head coach of Trud Zagorsk and Gornjaka Rudny . He was also an official of the Zenit Moscow association.
