Georg Überacker († January 31, 1477 in Seckau ) was Georg II. Bishop of Seckau .

Georg Überacker came from a Bavarian-Salzburg ministerial family and was probably born in Übersberg Castle (now a ruin) in Carinthia. From 1433 he studied in Vienna, from 1444 to 1452 he held the parish of Pöls and from 1456 the parish of Radkersburg and became court chaplain to King Friedrich III. who placed him under special protection in 1457. In 1448 he received a canonical in Freising.

On April 1, 1452, the Archbishop of Salzburg, Friedrich IV. Truchsess von Emmerberg, appointed him Bishop of Seckau. Georg Überacker is mentioned in all sources as a highly educated and excellent administrator of the diocese and was often active in imperial or papal assignments as an arbitrator and lawyer, including in the canonization process of Hemma von Gurk .

Georg Überacker died on January 31, 1477 in Seckau and was buried in Seckau Cathedral .
