Georg Müller (politician, 1889)

Georg Müller (born May 29, 1889 in Semd ; † July 13, 1959 in Worms ) was a German politician ( HBB ) and Hessian member of the state parliament of the People's State of Hesse in the Weimar Republic .

family

Georg Müller was the son of the farmer Johann Georg Müller and his wife Katharina nee Schneider. He married Lina nee Loos on February 14, 1914.

education and profession

Georg Müller studied philosophy in Munich, Leipzig and Heidelberg and completed his studies with a doctorate as Dr. phil. from. From 1912 to 1915 he was a candidate for the higher teaching post. After the First World War he became general manager of the Hessian Farmers' Union. In 1922 he became director of the Rübenzuckerkontor Worms and later a member of the board of the Süddeutsche Zuckerwerke in Mannheim .

Georg Müller was a member of the state parliament for three electoral terms from 1921 to 1931.
