Georg Tschurtschenthaler
Georg Tschurtschenthaler (* 1974 in Innichen , Italy ) is a film producer and screenwriter , as well as lecturer at the Zurich University of the Arts .
Live and act
Tschurtschenthaler studied economics and communication science at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and initially worked as a management consultant . From 2003 he appeared as a producer, director and screenwriter in the field of documentary films. Since 2009 he has been working for Gebrueder beetz film production . In addition to various documentary film projects , some of which have received multiple awards, such as cultural acts and Midsummer Night's Tango , he realized various cross-media television events such as supernerds , consisting of an interactive TV show , the documentary Digital Dissidents , Suddenlife Gaming , a play and a book or Farewell Comrades! , consist of a six-part television series , book and web documentary.
Tschurtschenthaler lives in Berlin and also teaches regularly at the Zurich University of the Arts and the Institute of Documentary Filmmaking in Prague .
