Georgian American Alloys (GAA) is an American manufacturer of ferro alloys . The company owns several manganese deposits in Chiatura , Georgia . Ferro alloys are made from them in Sestaponi , and the Warziche hydropower station is part of the complex.
According to the United States International Trade Commission , GAA is controlled by the Ukrainian private group .
The subsidiary Felman Trading is active in distribution. Felman Production, based in New Haven (WV), produces ferro- manganese and CC Metals and Alloys from Calvert City (Kentucky) ferrosilicon .
