Life

At the age of 7, football enthusiast Silva joined his hometown club Deportivo Milán . With the team from the state capital San Luis Potosí , he rose in 1989 to the second division . The following season, 1989/90, Silva spent at Club Santos Laguna , before joining Club Deportivo Guadalajara in 1990 , where he had his overall best phase and in between even the captain's armbandwore. For Chivas he played a total of 106 appearances in the top Mexican league from 1990 to 1993, in which he scored 10 hits.

For the 1993/94 season, Silva moved to the arch-rival of the team from Guadalajara , but played only 7 missions for Club America and remained without a goal.

Afterwards, Silva worked as a coach for a long time and worked, among other things, as an interim coach at the first division clubs Club San Luis and Chiapas FC . He also founded his own football school in his native Ciudad Valles in 2006.
